CNC PUNCHING
(PUNCH NIBBLING)

In addition to punching on eccentric presses, Lueg-Stanztechnik also offers production on a punching nibbling machine (CNC punching machine). The advantage of this process is its high economic efficiency. Many work steps can be carried out in one set-up: Punching of sheet metal, insertion of crimpings, cutouts, recesses, embossing and much more.

In addition to that and due to its high flexibility, prototypes, small series and more can be manufactured with low tool costs and short delivery times. The processing is purely mechanical, thus, no thermal stresses occur – as is the case with laser cutting.
